How can I Exchange/Replace any product?
Replacement is done through our branches at the same price of the product.
Make sure that the product in the original state and the product is kept inside the original cover in which the product was sent before.
If you need to return any product, just call us on 16579, or speak to Website Chat and our specialist will answer all inquiries related to the return policy.
You can return the product within 14 days from the invoice date.
Note: The product will be reviewed to confirm than it’s in the original condition and then we will transfer your money.
How can I return any product?
1- Delivering the product to the nearest branch of river nine and make sure that the product is in the original and make sure that the product is kept inside the original cover in which the product was sent before. (For Free)
2- Just call us on 16579, and give our Customer Service representative the address written in the invoice to request a collection from home. (In this case, additional return fees will be deduct from you based on your location).
How can I get my money back?
to get your money back (refund) you have to return the product at first with the above mentioned methods then call us on 16579, or speak to Website Chat and the specialist will take the necessary actions.
